In my opinion(curious); Shouldn't beneath the climate change defense, be exposed also a minimum, stable and guaranteed, for a maximum period of time for such potential climate changes to start  and occur? Or it's beneath an undefined time's term that such changes will have a minimum of effects and actually  will start and occur?

In my opinion(amateur); Presently Science also claims... There isn't any more black matter, also there isn't the big bang anymore and lobotomy is not that widely accepted, science also defended and implemented tobacco, and so on and so on...
