To construct an A.I. but even at resemblance of an angel!!!???

In my opinion & reference for further curious(i.e.minimum of culture and "illiteracy") investigation; It's A.I. also based on the correspondent to Human self-development from it's  learning, it's education and culture? Does it  differ beneath culture and education of benevolence from  of an opposing malevolence(?), and it's consequent actions? The corresponding to Psychology's "we are what we consume"  ?  Observation; Since the belief of the supernatural it's from a majority of population but  beneath secular state laws; but it doesn't invalidate that strategically and opportunistically to take advantage of  the corresponding, for an A.I. and it's  "belief system", its "culture" and "education",  can be based on an attempt of "simulacrum" of Judeo-Christianism tradition of  "angels"(?);  even of limiting its corresponding artificial E.Q. for  being developed  an "simulacrum...

Such climate change... But factually appears theoretical.

In my opinion(curious); Shouldn't beneath the climate change defense, be exposed also a minimum, stable and guaranteed, for a maximum period of time for such potential climate changes to start  and occur? Or it's beneath an undefined time's term that such changes will have a minimum of effects and actually  will start and occur? I.e. 1 years, 5 years, +10 years(i.e. previous and past !?): I.e. & other references from my amateur argumentation: " In my opinion(amateur); Presently Science also claims... There isn't any more black matter, also there isn't the big bang anymore and lobotomy is not that widely accepted, science also defended and implemented tobacco, and so on and so on...
