In my opinion; You excellency is from a fully developed country, and I ask why for so few and limited resources, to risk everything on a potential  worst-case scenario of nuclear war, for a few private interests claim the majority of the profit; it's the contribution of decades and millions of lives for our contemporary society of societies( ONU, NATO) and if the pre-established agreements between Russia and Ukraine complied,  I personally wouldn't be joked for a few fill their wallets with war money(?).

Taxes over richness would be the solution for controlling their need for war for resources, by limiting their potential profits, and probably lesser future wars?

Such climate change... But factually appears theoretical.

In my opinion(curious); Shouldn't beneath the climate change defense, be exposed also a minimum, stable and guaranteed, for a maximum period of time for such potential climate changes to start  and occur? Or it's beneath an undefined time's term that such changes will have a minimum of effects and actually  will start and occur? I.e. 1 years, 5 years, +10 years(i.e. previous and past !?): I.e. & other references from my amateur argumentation: " In my opinion(amateur); Presently Science also claims... There isn't any more black matter, also there isn't the big bang anymore and lobotomy is not that widely accepted, science also defended and implemented tobacco, and so on and so on... I am pro-science and science is vital for Humanity but such predictions and affirmations fail since the scientific method has obvious limitations, and although science should influence the world, its failures and consequences cannot always be minimised(?)."
